La località è deliziosa, il residence è semplice con camere pulite e spazio ben organizzato. Il wi-fi funziona correttamente, altri servizi non li ho sperimentati.
Non avendo l'auto, il residence è distante dal centro di Deauville e dalla stazione ferroviaria, a piedi ci vogliono circa 30 minuti.

I'm giving it 1 star so as not to give it 0.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a rude and frankly incompetent person.
She told us there was no free parking near the residence and that we had to pay either 10 euros per day in the residence's parking lot (where there were no more spaces at the moment) or 30 euros on the street. We quickly realized that the street just above was always free.
She saw that we were bringing our dog, so she charged us 12 euros per day (which was indicated) for a free roll of poop bags.
When we arrived at the apartment, we noticed it hadn't been cleaned for a while, dust everywhere, hair in the bathtub, the light switches were yellowed and black, and the living room table had black marks all over it. We found an unwashed frying pan with cooked onions stuck to it, stored in the cupboard. Also, a cup with leftover coffee was also stored in the cupboard. A disgrace.
We were told that the person who cleaned and checked the apartment was new, and especially that she was very incompetent for the job.
Someone came to clean the table, and another pan was given to us, but the dust remained.
We stayed 3 nights, and when we left, there wasn't even a "sorry for the inconvenience," just a thank you and goodbye.
Managers and staff who are very incompetent in every area.
The only positive aspect is the bedding.

Ce que vous décrivez, tant au niveau de l’accueil, de la propreté du logement que du service en général, est inacceptable et ne reflète en rien les standards de qualité que nous souhaitons offrir à nos vacanciers.

Huge disappointment with our stay at Les Embruns in Deauville. The staff is half friendly, and the lack of professionalism is glaring. The accommodation was dirty when we arrived: unchecked dishes, switches yellowed by dirt, piles of dust in the corners of the ceiling, hairs in the bathroom... Nothing that you would expect from an establishment supposed to represent the Pierre & Vacances chain.
The elevator is dangerous: it does not detect people correctly, and an arm is stuck. This is unacceptable and potentially very serious.
I confirm the numerous reviews pointing out the dirt in the apartments, left for over a year. Obviously, the team on site does not take this feedback into account despite the reassuring automatic responses published online. I hope that this message will go back to headquarters, because this residence gives a very sad image of Pierre & Vacances and Deauvile.
I would like to point out that the accommodation booked is a studio.
1 star for bedding.

Nous sommes désolés de lire votre déception, d’autant plus que la qualité du séjour fait partie de nos priorités, tant au niveau de l’accueil que de la propreté.

Nos équipes sur place sont mobilisées chaque jour pour assurer des hébergements prêts à accueillir nos visiteurs dans de bonnes conditions. Lorsqu’un point nous échappe, il est toujours possible de nous en informer dès l’arrivée pour qu’une solution soit rapidement mise en place.

Concernant l’ascenseur, la sécurité de nos clients est bien évidemment prise très au sérieux. Ce type de signalement est systématiquement remonté pour vérification immédiate auprès des services compétents.

Nous regrettons que cette expérience ne reflète pas ce que nous souhaitons pour nos visiteurs, car l'engagement des équipes est bien réel, même s’il peut ne pas avoir été perçu comme tel dans votre cas. Beautiful residence slightly set back from the city center and only a few minutes from the beach, some reservations however concerning the lack of soundproofing (you can hear the cleaning ladies in the morning in the corridor as well as the noise of vacationers in the apartment above), on the other hand, it had been agreed before arrival that the keys would be in a safe, the problem is that on arrival the safe was empty only to realize afterwards that the reception was finally open on Wednesday, so we were forced to queue at reception before being able to collect the keys, therefore lack of coordination of the teams on site, finally, for the sake of pure courtesy, it would have been appreciated if after the end of the stay the establishment informed us that the deposit had been lifted.
